Join renowned chef and author John Ash, founder of John Ash & Company restaurant in Sonoma County, as he teams with the crew of Sunset Sam's Fish Camp to present a four-course meal, each paired with wines from Sauvignon Republic winery, considered the definitive experts on Sauvignon Blanc. The menu will be seafood-focused, and will feature several wild and sustainable seafood selections. An "inspired course" will include a sneak preview of the winery's new organic wine, which will not be available for sale until sometime next year. Chef John Ash, who was voted Cooking Teacher of the Year in 2008 by the International Association of Culinary Professionals, will also share his culinary insights and wisdom.
